Ideas

In the Ideas widget, members share their trading ideas: a direction, short reasoning and fixed levels for entry, target and stop. You can load any idea with its levels into your chart.

Reading ideas

Add the Ideas widget via Widgets in the top bar. At the top, you filter the list:

Each idea shows:

• the author (“You” on your own ideas), how long ago it was posted, symbol and interval, such as “4 h ago · BTC · 4h”,
• a LONG or SHORT badge,
• the title and a small price history of the symbol over the last seven days,
• the levels: “Entry 82,498.1 · Target 84,973.0 · Stop 81,260.6”,
• the reasoning (shortened to three lines),
• likes, comments and the Open in chart button.

Each list shows up to 50 ideas. You can read them without signing in. For Mine and to publish, like and comment, you need to be signed in.

Opening an idea in the chart

Click Open in chart on an idea. The terminal switches to the idea's symbol and, if available, to its interval. The right part of the chart then shows:

• Entry as a dashed line,
• Target with an area in the rising color,
• Stop with an area in the falling color.

The button then reads Remove from chart and removes the levels again. The levels are the prices from the time of publication, so they show where the idea stood back then.

Publishing an idea

1. In the chart, open the symbol and interval your idea belongs to.
2. Click Share idea in the widget.
3. Enter an Idea title (up to 120 characters).
4. In Reasoning, entry and target, write why you would trade this way (up to 2,000 characters, optional).
5. Choose Long or Short.
6. Click Publish.

Below the form, you see what will be published, such as “Will be published with BTC · 4h. Entry is the current price, target ±3%, stop ±1.5%.” Cancel closes the form again.

The terminal sets the levels:

• Entry is the current price.
• Target is 3% from the entry (above the entry for long, below it for short).
• Stop is 1.5% from the entry, on the other side.

Your display name from your Discord sign-in appears on the idea as the author, along with your profile picture if you've uploaded one. You can publish up to 10 ideas within 24 hours.

Likes

Click the heart to like an idea; a second click takes the like back. The number next to it is the total of all likes. Under Popular, the ideas with the most likes are at the top.

Comments

Clicking the speech bubble icon with the number opens the comments below the idea.

• Each comment shows author, age and text.
• At the bottom, type in “Write a comment” (up to 1,000 characters) and click Send or press Enter.
• You delete your own comments with ×.

You can write up to 5 comments per minute and 100 within 24 hours.

Deleting your own ideas

In the Mine filter, each of your ideas has a Delete button. After the first click, it reads Really delete?; a second click within four seconds deletes the idea with its likes and comments.
