Your account

Signing in with Discord, the profile menu and all its entries, appearance and notifications.

Your mantacharts account is tied to your Discord account. You sign in with it, it's how the terminal knows you, and what you publish appears under your Discord name. You reach everything related to your account through the profile menu.

Signing in

On the sign-in page, click Sign in with Discord and confirm the access on Discord. By signing in, you confirm that your Discord account is a member of the mantacharts server.

When you're signed in, the terminal saves your settings, layouts and themes in your account, so you'll find them on every device. Some features are only available when you're signed in, such as publishing, links to snapshots and invite links.

The profile menu

Your avatar and name are at the top right of the app bar. Clicking them opens the profile menu, on every page of the app. A yellow dot on the avatar means there are release notes you haven't opened yet.

At the very top are your avatar, your name and your plan: “Free”, “Plus member” or “Pro member”. Clicking there opens the account settings. Below that, you choose between the Profile and Notifications tabs. The Notifications tab shows the number of unread notifications.

Most entries open the settings dialog on the matching page. What you'll find there is covered under Settings. Introduction and Marketplace switch to the terminal first if you're on another page of the app.

Appearance and color theme

Below the entries, you set how the terminal looks:

  • Appearance: Dark or Light
  • Color theme: the name of the active theme and, below it, all themes as round color swatches: the mantacharts color themes, your own themes, Pixel and Christmas
  • the plus sign at the end: Create your own theme opens the theme editor (Plus)

Clicking a color swatch switches the theme immediately. Everything about themes is under Themes.

Signing out

At the very bottom, Sign out signs you out on this device. All devices opens the security settings, where you can sign out everywhere at once.

Notifications

The Notifications tab collects triggered alerts and everything related to what you publish: invitations, requests for your layouts and indicators, and granted access. Unread notifications have a dot, and next to it you see how long ago they arrived.

  • Clicking a notification marks it as read and opens what it's about, for example your publish dialog for a request.
  • Mark all as read marks all of them at once.

If the list is empty, it says “No notifications”.

Your account on a phone

On your phone, you reach the same things through the Menu tab: the profile card at the top and Profile open the account settings, and below them are Subscription, Release notes and Documentation. The profile menu with the avatar at the top right is available there too. More under Mobile.
