Plans

mantacharts has three plans: Free, Plus and Pro. Each higher plan includes everything in the plan below it. Most of the terminal's features are already in Free.

You can see which plan you have in the profile menu under your name and under Settings → Subscriptions.

Subscribing to Plus or Pro

1. Click Upgrade to Pro at the top right of the header, click a locked feature, or click the plan you want in the settings under Subscriptions.
2. Choose Monthly or Yearly. Yearly costs 20% less.
3. Choose a payment method: card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, SEPA direct debit or one of the other payment methods offered.
4. Confirm that mantacharts should start immediately, and drag the Order with obligation to pay slider to the right.

Your plan is active right after payment. If your bank asks for confirmation (3-D Secure) or the payment method takes you to its own page (such as PayPal), you confirm there and then return to the terminal. You'll receive the receipt by email.

All prices are final prices. In accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is charged.

Discount codes

If you have a discount code, click Discount code below the payment methods in the upgrade window, enter it and click Redeem. The discount then appears in the total, and below it you see what it applies to (for example, only the first payment) and what you pay after that. If a code doesn't fit your plan or has expired, the reason is shown there.

When a promotion is running, for example for Black Friday or Christmas, the terminal shows it to you once, with the code. Redeem now opens the upgrade window and enters the code for you. Each account can redeem a promotion's discount once; a single-use code is valid for one order only.

Changing your plan

• Higher plan or yearly: If you switch from Plus to Pro or from monthly to yearly during your term, mantacharts credits the unused part of your current plan. The upgrade window shows the exact amount before you order; payment is made with your saved payment method.
• Smaller plan or monthly: Under Settings → Subscriptions → Choose a smaller plan. The change takes effect from the next billing period.

Payment method and invoices

Under Settings → Subscriptions → Payment method and invoices, you change your payment method and download all invoices. If a payment doesn't go through, mantacharts tries again over the following days; it's best to check your payment method then.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time via Cancel contracts here, even without signing in, or in the settings under Subscriptions. You immediately receive a confirmation by email and can keep using your plan until the end of the paid period; after that, nothing more is charged. Until then, you can reverse the cancellation under Subscriptions with Undo cancellation.

A monthly subscription renews for one month at a time. A yearly subscription initially runs for one year and can then be canceled at any time with one month's notice. The details are in the Terms and the Right of withdrawal.

What each plan includes

In short: Free lets you get to know the terminal, Plus is for active traders and learners (with the whole Academy), and Pro includes everything, plus the analyses.

Profile and community

Your profile lives at your username: with Discord it's your Discord name (if you change it there, the link follows the next time you sign in), otherwise the name you choose when you first sign in; you can change it under Settings → Rank & profile. You choose your invite code under Referrals. Older profile links and invite codes you've already shared keep working and lead to you.

The analyses are unlocked only by a paid Pro plan, not by the beta plan that all members in the terminal have. Without it, the analyses carry a lock and are blurred; clicking one opens the upgrade window.

How to spot locked features

Features your plan doesn't include carry a yellow badge with a lock and the required plan, such as Plus or Pro. You see it, for example, in the indicators menu, on the TPO template in the layout browser and on the watermark in the snapshot dialog.

If you try to use such a feature, the upgrade window opens, in the terminal and on all other pages, for example with the analyses. On your phone, it slides up from the bottom:

• at the top “PLUS FEATURE”, “PRO FEATURE” or “LIMIT REACHED”, and below that the feature, the plan that includes it and a short explanation
• what else the plan offers, with the locked feature first, and + … more features
• Yearly (20% cheaper) or Monthly with the price per month
• Upgrade to Plus or Upgrade to Pro takes you to payment
• View all plans shows the Free, Plus and Pro cards and compares all features. The plan the feature needs is marked Recommended.

At checkout, you choose PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card and see what's due today and when the subscription renews. If you switch from Plus to Pro, the rest of Plus is credited. You order with the Order with obligation to pay slider.

If you already have the plan, the window opens the plan overview right away.

Prices

The plan overview lists these prices:

With a yearly subscription, you pay once for twelve months and save 20%: €117.60 per year on Plus, €237.60 on Pro. You can't subscribe to the plans yet; the paid plans are starting soon. Until then, the upgrade window shows “Payments start soon” at checkout.

Seeing your plan

• In the profile menu, it's under your name: “Free”, “Plus member” or “Pro member”.
• On your phone, it's on the profile card in the Menu tab and next to Subscription.
• Under Profile → Subscription, you see your plan's card with Plan, Access and, if your plan is time-limited, Valid until. “Default for all members” means you have the plan that's currently unlocked for everyone.

If you already have a membership on Whop, Manage existing membership on Whop on the subscription page takes you there.

If your plan changes, the terminal picks this up the next time it loads, when you sign in or when you reopen the tab.
